Thai Spicy Seafood with Pokok Agricore Rice Vermicelli

泰式酸辣海鲜汤米粉

Ingredients 食材

  • 100g Pokok Agricore Rice Vermicelli 
  • 100g fresh shrimp, squid, or other seafood
  • Shiitake or other mushrooms, sliced
  • Tomato, cut into wedges
  • Galangal, sliced
  • Lemongrass, cut into sections and bruised
  • Kaffir lime leaves, torn
  • Red chilies, chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
  • Fish sauce
  • Lime juice
  • Chili paste (Nam Prik Pao)
  • Coconut milk (optional)
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

 

  • 100克 常森树牌泰国银丝米粉
  • 100克 鲜虾、鱿鱼或其他海鲜
  • 香菇或其他蘑菇,切片
  • 番茄,切块
  • 南姜 (galangal),切片
  • 香茅 (lemongrass),切段并拍扁
  • 柠檬叶 (kaffir lime leaves),撕开
  • 红辣椒,切碎 (根据辣度喜好调整)
  • 鱼露
  • 青柠汁
  • 辣椒酱 (Nam Prik Pao)
  • 椰奶 (可选)

Instructions 料理方式

  1. Prepare the Broth: Bring water or broth to a boil in a pot. Add galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add Seasonings: Add fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste, stirring well. Adjust the sourness and spiciness according to your personal taste. If you prefer a richer texture, you can add some coconut milk.
  3. Add Seafood and Vegetables: Add fresh shrimp, squid, and other seafood and cook until done. Add mushrooms and tomatoes and cook until softened.
  4. Cook Pokok Agricore Rice Vermicelli: Blanch the Pokok Agricore Rice Vermicelli in boiling water until cooked. Remove and place in a bowl.
  5. Assemble: Pour the cooked seafood and broth into the bowl containing the Pokok Agricore Rice Vermicelli.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
